      <title>no service since porting new phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yesterday was able to successfully port my number from Freedom Mobile to Public last night. This morining i woke up to still not having any service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it still doesn’t work then there could be a provisional issue with your SIM. If this is the case, pm a CS_Agent at:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you Freedom SIM is still working then porting was incomplete. See if there is a text and contact an agent to help you complete the porting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
