Points back (the 5% back) are only given on what you actually paid out of pocket not on the original amount&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/442212"&gt;@ninuann&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; There were some issues with the site this morning, I don't know if that would also have affected accounts other than the log in, but if your renewal was today I would give it another day or two and if it hasn't been added by then contact customer service. &amp;nbsp;According to the terms you have 30 days to notify PM of any points errors. &amp;nbsp; It happened to me once last year and an agent fixed it for me, it was a system glitch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
