    <description>&lt;P&gt;which area you are at??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM had system problem yesterday but got it fixed noem. But you can try changing network mode to 3G, should help for now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Existing costumer,&amp;nbsp; did all that and then submitted a ticket yesterday. I did not hear back and the service is most of the time off. I can not do or receive any calls,&amp;nbsp; messenging is verry spotty. Hubby and kids have the same problem. It seems to work in town but not out on the acreage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
