      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to move my existing number from Phonebox (Rogers) to Public mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already provided the account number that phonebox gave me but last agent claimed the account number is not valid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have double checked with them and they confirmed they provided the correct number in past&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I request for number switching to be retried via IMEI no.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
