Cellular data not working

Tired of this. Signed up two phones cellular data works on the one phone but not on the other. What is going on

A few things. Try rebooting the phone that the data doesn't work. If that doesn't help, try swapping the SIM cards with each others phone and see if you get the same issues. If the phone you're using now with the SIM card where data doesn't work, all you may have to do is do a network resetting. Super easy to do. Go into your network settings, reset network and reboot. Should be up and running. If you don't know how to do it, let me know what phone you have and I'll help you step by step. BTW, please be an iPhone. LOL

What model phone?

If android, check your APN settings:

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

what is the model or the 2nd phone??

if you swap the two sim on the two phones , is the result same?? the phone with no data still has no data?? In that case, it would be problem with the phone setup

iPhone 8. Everything works great regarding talking and messaging. The only thing that will not work as a cellular data.
