      <title>Not registered on network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having issues with sending texts (failing to send, but eventually working after multiple attempts) and now receiving and making calls. When I try to call it says "Not registered on the network" and the texts say "Not able to send at this time, will send when service becomes available".&amp;nbsp; My account is up to date and I am in the middle of a billing cycle. I've restarted my phone several times to no avail.&amp;nbsp; My phone shows connected to the network and all the bars are up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the issue??? Is everyone having this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no usage related issues at the moment.&amp;nbsp; Maybe consider initiating a support ticket and have support do an account reset.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
