      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signed up and choose esim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Replied to port txt from Telus&amp;nbsp; looks like everything went through&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went into the app and it said we need to confirm for full access&amp;nbsp; but we don't get the txt message. Tried to resend it but still nothing&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the SIM card in and reset the phone, it was like it just needed to know the SIM was there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
