Not sure if that is the same thing you are experiencing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're you able to do this on Tuesday without problems? Do you have&amp;nbsp; data ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start by turning the phone on and off. You could also try to test the sim card in another phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If those doesn't work,&amp;nbsp; reset the network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, got a new phone (moto g power the) and keep getting "cannot send txt error 38" message when trying to send messages.&amp;nbsp; Will also sometimes get repeat messages sent to me up to like 10 times and texts will all come at the same time in clusters for some reason.&amp;nbsp; Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
