      <title>Not receiving incoming calls!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason I'm not receiving incoming calls. I can call out and text but no one can call me. It's going right to voice mail. Ive shut my phone off and restarted several times. Any suggestions would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;likely due to the outage then. Someone earlier today said that they shut down their phone (not a restart) and then started the phone and then it began to work again. I mention the "not a restart" part because they tried numerous restarts but it didn't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in Moncton, 24 hours now without incoming calls; text messaging works but is very slow, up to a 10 min delay. can call out ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone reset- yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sim moved to another phone- yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all the normal stuff tried with no effect on the problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have another Public mobile phone at same location working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First time in years I've had problem with PM, I don't even know how to report a problem???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds exactly the same. My husband's phone is working perfectly fine. We've&amp;nbsp; never had an issue with PM either. Hopefully they get it worked out soon!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

TELUS is still having some outages.
