    <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone was doing the same thing earlier today yet my wife's phone was fine (we are both iwth Public).&amp;nbsp; Tried turning it off, checking airplane mode.&amp;nbsp; Found a suggestion to take sim card out and try it in a different slot (if your phone has one) or phone.&amp;nbsp; We did this, it worked in a different slot in my phone.&amp;nbsp; We then put it back in the original slot and so far, it's working again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is not receiving incoming calls, the top left corner of my phone shows the lines faded out, I can't send texts. What is going on? Why is this happening!? I am a long time customer and I am on a auto pay billing and yet this is happing to me. I need my phone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
