Unfortunately not, it will take from your plan data first then the Points Loyalty data (150 days).

So annoying! So if I purchase an add on data plan part way through the month, then it is the same as buying data with an expiry of 15 days.

no, you cannot

this is exactly why the bonus data not very useful to many of us. Most of them use just enough with what we signed up for and won't overuse a lot

Didn’t you get some bonus data for the switch from the Legacy Rewards to the Points Rewards that last 150 days?

Or got the More is Merrier bonus data if you are a longtime member?

Plan data always being used first made sense when the data add-ons used to never expire until used up, however that's no longer the case.
