      <description>&lt;P&gt;It says I have run out of Data but it still shows I have plenty of data left in settings under Data Usage. How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The start and end dates for the usage that your phone is displaying won't be correct.&amp;nbsp; For the most accurate numbers, please log into your Public Mobile account to see how much data is remaining.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/216484"&gt;@communitything&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM running on a 30 days cycle and the phone uses monthly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't want to reset the counter on the phone monthly, try use app for help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android: Data Usage Manager &amp;amp; Monitor (formally Data Counter Widget) or Data Witness PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iOS: My Data Manager&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With these app, just setup one cycle start date, then set 30 days cycle and then set your data limit and it will track for you.&amp;nbsp; It will also show you how much data each app used.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use the built in Android data monitoring (which I adjust the start date every month or so..no biggie) and one thing to keep in mind is that picture/multimedia texts use mobile data (but not billed for it) and will be included in the Android counter.&amp;nbsp; If you do a lot of these picture texts the delta between your counter and the PM system will be greater.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yeah, as other said, the online account in PM is the source of truth on the matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
