      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/440459"&gt;@mikhail_jerome&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can ask for a credit if you were double charged or a refund but it will take about 30 days to process&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just type in Submit a Ticket on the Chat bubble and an agent will look into it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
