      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a long time, I'm trying to re-activate or create a new account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I try to create a new account, it says my email already exists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I tried to reset my password without a number, but I couldn't. I have to send a private message to support?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And who at support? What is the user? etc etc...this is the most complicated process I've ever seen in my whole life.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You account is probably suspended for less than 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC to double check if it is suspended. If it is, you just have to make a manual payment with vouchers and see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vouchers can be purchased from:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If it is not suspended and your account doesn’t exist, you should contact a CS_Agent for further assistance by Submitting a Ticket through Chat bubble.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
