It will work but it won't work well, I won't suggest you to use it on PM

A23 has these bands (bold are the compatible one)
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100
4G bands 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41

this are what PM needs

the phone is not VoLTE compatible. So, it needs 3G for voice. But the phone has only 1 of the 2 required bands, you will have dropped calls issue

The phone does not have enough 4G compatible bands, so data won't work well
