    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought my daughter a new SIM for her iphone 12. As I was registering it, it let me get to the select number screen and then had an error. Now it won't let me do anything. Just a loop of login- verification code- logout. Any suggestions to get her phone working with PM? We have 3 other phones on PM and this is the 1st issue we have had.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/440650"&gt;@Tni&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it was not a sim problem but the activation.&amp;nbsp; Talk to PM.&amp;nbsp; Just open ticket using&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;the Orange Chatbot icon on bottom right of the page. You can start the question Submit ticket and choose Contact Us and you will get to ticket form open page&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is needed as each accounts are separate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
