      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I logon to my account, I have two options 1) log on 2 ) Resume activation of the account.&amp;nbsp; I do not have a e-sim and my phone does not support e-sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to keep my existing number with physical SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone disable the half-finished upgrade so that I can log on to the account please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kirk&lt;/P&gt;</description>
