      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since when do you have this issue? When did you change your plan though?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I dont think changing plan will cause troubles with data&lt;BR /&gt;Do let me know &amp;amp; how much are you getting with the new plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/438053"&gt;@cjsy2001&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switching plan has nothing to do with the network connection issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to see if there is an outage in your area:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map" target="_self"&gt;https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try resetting the Network setting on your phone and reboot your phone and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
