They normally reply in a few hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/439922"&gt;@Alyb1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Is this about activating without using the app, as in your other thread? &amp;nbsp;Is there some reason you can't download the app or is it that you prefer not to use it? &amp;nbsp;Once you have activated you can just delete the app and manage the account in a browser on any device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is this the level of service to expect from Public Mobile? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Sadly, depending on what's broken and has to be 'worked on' or 'managed' around here, yes it can be hours to days before responses are received (though it's better than it was 2 months ago....)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is it even worth signing up except to cancel my plan?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Once you're signed up and services are going, you're mostly good to go.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Most may never need support assistance, and for whatever 'issues' which may arise, this Community can mostly get you through with pretty quick and precise work-arounds.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
