that's normal. the international addon can only calls some countries , not all. Mauritius is not on the list.

you have to use app to call or use LD calling cards

if the 500 LD minutes were from More is Merrier Promo from 2022, here's the list of eligible countries you can call...(yours isn't on that list either)...
