      <description>&lt;P&gt;do not put your phone number here, it is a public forum.&amp;nbsp; And PM won't call you, they don't even monitor the message here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;your sim card, did you reboot the phone? can you try it on another phone? is this for new activation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need support to check your case, please open ticket using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have tried 3 devices, no luck&amp;nbsp; the sim card worked for 5 min and then stopped, something to do with the sim card for sure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
