i activate a accoutn and pay for it but now it say to pay again i just got the sim card and it said to activate it ont he app

I'm confused...did you successfully activate a new PM account yet. Once you recieve your PM sim, you need to download the free PM app and you can activate your new account.

If you bought a free sim, you still need to buy your desired plan when you activate.
