@jchito , we have all been switched to the points reward system where points earned are not automatically converted to account funds to offset renewal payments. Moreover, we no longer earn an ongoing reward for autopay and loyalty. There is a 5% points back for each payment and 10 points reward at each anniversary. Referrals earn 1 point per active referral per plan cycle. Points can be converted to account funds 15 at a time for $15. Judging by your costs, the plan you have is around $50. It might be a good time to review the current plan lineup. Many of the older plans are now less expensive which offsets the unfavorable rewards changes.
