I have tried to call

310 4300 Epcor

310 3210 Enmax

both do not connect via my public account

this is odd in that it most definitely worked before.

310 numbers are something that other Public Mobile customers have also had difficulty with. I would suggest using 1-800-667-2345 for Epcor Utlities and 1-877-571-7111 for Enmax.

you shouldn't need an area code to call 310 number

maybe reboot phone and try again

or call the specific number if you need to talk to them now
