My usage period began 2 days ago. My phone data aside from MMS is off. The daily breakdown on my account shows under 10 MB but on the summary screen says used in excess of 100 MB. What's going on?

if you are using the app, the usage you see on the front page is the Total usage including your other data addon. That number is not your current cycle usage. Please click Usage breakdown and you will see the usage for this cycle only

Remember that all your apps are updating in the background and will use data.

You data usage is updated by PM twice a day…around noon and around midnight.

I find the PM app gives the current usage.

It cannot be other apps when the data is turned off on the phone with the exception of text messages

This does not make sense. Why would data 2 days into a cycle pull from an add-on? Please explain? Thx

can you post a screenshot?

and you are Android or iPhone? if Android, you can change the cycle start date and it will show clearly what app used the data and how much
