      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Step 6 of 6: Activate. "Subsciption Not Activated".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot proceed any further, I've tried using the 'Get Support' with the ChatBot, it asks for a log in, I do and just get a white screen, nothing else works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I change my activation to using a physical SIM rather than an eSIM and porting my number to that SIM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
