Beware. My account was charged numerous times for US roaming data. I didnt buy the data package. when i submitted a ticket they argued with me. I never even log into my account

maybe someone in your family has access to your My Account? or via the app?

and i think some US roaming addon can be purchased by calling *611, maybe the one who using your phone has the account PIN ?

if you are so sure you never paid that, ask the support to escalate for senior to deal with your case
