Hello - As per the email received - I have a balance of 43.25 points - where as on the rewards portal it lists that I have 6 points and I need this to be updated on the portal- please help so I can redeem the points. Thanks

Website has caching issues. Try to login again, but first clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser. Or try on a different device or the PM app itself.

How do you know you got 43.25 points?

The email from PM ask you to login to your account to check Your Public Points Statement.

To get 43.25 point, you would have paid a total of $865 on your monthly bills with no referrals!

I think the 6 points might be correct. This would include the 5 points for the switch to the Points Reward and paid $20 for your monthly bill with no referrals or $15 plan with 5 referrals.

Ever think some of the points could have come from referrals?

It is possible that the OP has 38 referrals.

@BKNS27 It's also possible that the OP has been on points all along, which could be as much as two years or so now. It's not stated whether there was a switch from $ rewards to points.
