    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to let everyone know I think it is resolved now. It appears to have been an APN issue on my new phone. Here is what I did to resolve the problem... along with a few suggestions from a CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I put my SIM back in my old phone wrote down the old APN settings and then updated my new phone with those values I then put the SIM back in my new phone along with a restart and this morning it appears to have resolved this issue.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When I receive a group message it only shows the sender and I get a error message saying "some messages not downloaded in messages". In the person's message there is a download symbol that when checked does nothing.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
