      <title>Double charge on auto-payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my phone plan and set the auto-renewal. However, it's charged my credit card double on my payment. How could I get back the double charge amount?? I can't find the remaining balance on my account. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
