Yes I've contacted support, I just wanted to share my experience with the community and to help people in the future with the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've talked to CS, they reset my settings, asked me to power off and try again. If it doesn't work, switch to 2g, call to Canada, switch back to 4G/LTE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Yet again another person with the US network/coverage issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the $34 50GB Canada-USA plan since Black Friday 2023, and I'm currently in New York City, USA. Unfortunately, I can't use my data and my reception is extremely spotty, making it practically unusable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've read through all the answers and suggestions from everyone here and on the unofficial subreddit (r/PublicMobile). I've tried all the recommended steps, including:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Resetting network settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Deselecting auto network selection and manually switching between AT&amp;amp;T and T-Mobile&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Setting the phone to 4G/LTE only (no 5G or 3G)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Activating VoLTE&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Ensuring roaming is ON&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Restarting the phone multiple times&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Despite these efforts, nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue where every proposed solution is unsuccessful? Did you power off your phone rather than restart your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try Verizon?
