      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/438516"&gt;@peejeiy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are porting out of PM then your new carrier is to contact PM to resend the confirmation text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are porting into PM then you need to contact a CS_Agent through the Chat bubble and have them resend the text to your old carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In both cases, the old account must be active so don’t cancel service. It cancelled once you port over automatically.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
