    <description>&lt;P&gt;eSIM is not transferable. I believe PM offers free eSIM in case of failure but in your case it is replacement due to incorrect activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can open a ticket and try to get replacement...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
