I don’t see the account # on app anywhere that the agent is asking for?

@tdejong, in the app stay on the main tab (page) and go to "Manage Subscription", in the next page you should see your account number near the top right below your name.

what if the ph# doesn’t have the public app? Then where do you find it?

you meant you don't have the app installed on the phone? just go to app store and download

or you can use a browser to login My Account at https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/

then go to Profile page and the account number is there

So there is no way to obtain account # without downloading the app?
