      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was overseas for a couple of months on my return too Canada I find that I can make calls with my phone but my phone does not recognize my Public Mobile data. A screen pops up and says that I have no data. I am paid up, data is turned on and as far as I know nothing has changed with my phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
