    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a server error from the side of Public Mobile.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine had been like that also since my account switched on May 17.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Refreshing or incognito does not work. Everytime I sign in, I get the pop up window telling me about the move to public points.&amp;nbsp; I already know about the move. Why does it still keep popping up each time? When I click on the link for my rewards it's blank. Only way to get in is to click the x on the top right corner. &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15043"&gt;@computergeek541&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is this a glitch?       <description>&lt;P&gt;This has been happening to me ever since they announced the program and each time I would log in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I got this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;{"message":"Unauthorized"}&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I refreshed the web page (like others have said) and now it shows up. It takes a long time though to load. I don't know why the Public Mobile website is so slow. I feel like they do this on purpose to really make you feel like this is a budget service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
