      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to enter two voucher numbers to my account and I keep getting a "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later" error message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is this common? How often should I need to wait before trying again?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Should be pretty straightforward-- kind of frustrating...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would try again in a few hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/434949"&gt;@RavenUser&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;where you got your vouchers from??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you got the voucher??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vouchers from some stores has a wait time of 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; You might want to wait and try again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
