Hi currently I have one plan, but I want to change another subscription. what's the different between "change now" and " change on renewal"?

@KWT Change now will result in an immediate charge and change of plan, causing you to lose the remainder of your current plan with no refund. Change on renewal locks in the change you want but it doesn't take effect until the next renewal date. You always want to select change on renewal unless you really want to pay the extra for an immediate change.

Change Now will allow PM to start the new plan now. But the unused days on your current cycle will be forfeited, no partial refund

Change on Renewal will schedule plan change at the end of the current cycle so you won't lose any money. Use this option if you don't need the new features or data now

you are safe and you will get the plan as long as you schedule the plan change using Change on Renewal when the plan still available. Many has gone through this and confirmed
