      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/437754"&gt;@FrancisoAvoidin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how PM support works is that they work as a team.&amp;nbsp; You send a message or ticket to PM agents and whoever available will work on it.&amp;nbsp; One person might have helped you earlier but can be another agent replying after.&amp;nbsp; So, you don't need to chase after a particular agent to reply.&amp;nbsp; In fact, you can simply reply the message to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and they will follow up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
