    <description>&lt;P&gt;For those having the same problem, I was able to get it resolved by disconnecting my VPN. After that, the Log In button worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Log In Button in App doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to complete my activation. I downloaded the app and started it, but when I click the Log In button, it highlights briefly but doesn't do anything else. I tried restarting the phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it, and clearing the data and cache - same result. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G phone using Android 13 with 12 GB of free space. Any suggestions before I give up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would have thought that I needed to run the app on the phone I'm activating. Is this not the case?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I don't have another phone, can I run the activation process on my computer or on my tablet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
