    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/437433"&gt;@Sunny-2024&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a ton of notice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Upcoming-Changes-to-our-Old-Rewards-Program/td-p/1154856" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Upcoming-Changes-to-our-Old-Rewards-Program/td-p/1154856&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly Public Mobile chose to terminate the legacy rewards program and migrate everyone to the new points system. Granted the ethical thing to do would have been to just swap point systems and let everyone keep the points they earned but.... nope. The new point system is peanuts compared to what the other reward system was.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/437433"&gt;@Sunny-2024&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Sounds like the change from $ rewards to points that was announced in March. &amp;nbsp;Did you not get the compensatory bonus data? &amp;nbsp; Sounds like you are on the $25 plan, you can save a bit more by switching to the $19 plan which also has 1GB data but is at 4G speed instead of 3G. &amp;nbsp;Going forward you will accumulated points that you can redeem for bill credits or discounted add ons but until you have enough points for that your payment will be the full amount. &amp;nbsp;Better to switch to the $19 plan but make sure to choose "change on renewal" rather than "change now" when you schedule the switch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most likely you missed it because you do not go to Community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No more monetary rewards!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No more loyalty nor autopay nor referral monetary credit every 30 days. Now you get 5% off your bill back in points, 10 points at anniversary and 1 point for every referral. If you participate in Community few more points could be awarded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you collect 15+ points you have to manually convert them to $15, it will not be automatic applied toward your bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
