Check to see if charge is pending and not posted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact a CS_Agent to send you another SIM or pick one up at your local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik stores or from Amazon but you may have to pay for it first or wait for the replacement SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
