Does PM offer roaming in puerto rico and Carribean. Going in a Carribean cruise in August.

Only roaming in the United States. Not in the Carribean, but should have service in Puerto Rico if you have the Canada-US plan or purchase a 15 day US roaming package.

PR is a US controlled territory, essentially a state. They have AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon service there. If the OP has a US & Cdn plan OR a 15 Day US Roaming add-on...it should work as expected.
