      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/436955"&gt;@Timwan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you receive incoming calls?&amp;nbsp; and you can make call without problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for text, first, what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, try Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings on your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if yours is an Android, make sure you have the latest OS Update.&amp;nbsp; Then, try download Google Message, set it as the default messaging app and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yours is an iPhone, make sure iOS and&amp;nbsp; Carrire profile are both updated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
