depends on the type of bonus

if you have the special loyalty bonus that has a 150 days expiration, then you will loss it if you downgrade your plan (but upgrade is ok)

if you have those 2GB from last couple Decembers, then yes, they will be there still

Note that the $21 3GB plan is normally available for new activations only so to switch to it you must have received it as a targeted offer. In which case it will be an upgrade and you can certainly keep all of your add-on data.

data bonus due to public rewards migration no if you downgrade but other data/minutes bonus will still be in your account.

The 3GB plan is available for new activation only, there is $19 1GB 4G plan available ti existing customers.

all of your bonus minutes and data from holiday will be let’s, you may lose your last data bounce 240GB if you downgrade

You will keep all of your yearly bonus data and minutes.
you will also keep all of your referrals as points going forward.
