      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do not need Moderator assistance to port your number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To port from another carrier to Public Mobile: Log into selfserve, then click "change number", then "transfer a number".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
