Hello, this is my first time getting eSIM and I have quite a few questions about it.

When you buy the eSIM do you get the QR code right away? Also, how long does it take to activate eSIM??

One last question, I am planning to get eSIM on June 23 and activate eSIM on June 30th. Will the billing cycle start on June 23rd or 30th?

hi @YC_SK eSIM activation is instant

for installing eSIM, download PM app to activate and the app will handle installation for you. They will send QR code but if the app installs the eSIM without problem, you don't really need the QR code

To get eSIM on your phone, you will have to have to pay and activate your plan. So, you will need to choose either June 23 or 30.

eSIM activation is instantly, the bill cycle will start immediately, so you need to decide if you want the service to start on June 23 or June 30.

Make sure your phone is eSIM compatible. A few members got the eSIM and found out their phone is not compatible and ended up purchasing a SIM.

What is the make and model of your phone?
