      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I tried to purchase a US roaming plan I got errors stating transaction could not complete on payment. Now I see multiple charges on my credit card for the US data plan. I would like them removed/refund on my credit card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
