      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you including all the info when trying to transfer the number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Include the account #, IMEI, pin if you have it, and alternate phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Service providers like Voip.ms and Fongo are usually considered landlines so they take longer to port and can cause some problems. But don't worry, I will assist you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;***Due to a high volume of messages, it might take me a while to get back to you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to finally complete the online porting process now I have lost my PM number and unable to make/receive calls on my ported number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After completing the online form I received a text message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Public Mobile here: We're experiencing difficulties processing your request to move to public mobile.&amp;nbsp; Please go to PublicMobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM &amp;amp; Activation online form."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No response from any PM staff either, so far not the best experience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
