Did you opt out by texting STOP to a promotion? If you haven't then you are already receiving offers.

@pajos There is an opt in at the bottom of the page in this link but it's for email rather than text mssages

@pajos , if you have never responded "stop" to marketing SMS then you are subscribed to offers. The offers are targeted, so don't expect to get access to offers that other customers might be getting.
